Yeah, and I don't think there's any doubt we'd be talking about multiple killings if people had stepped in. Also, the kid never really stood a chance, he was 30 mins away from a shock trauma center and I'm pretty sure he was pretty much done after being stabbed once, so you're going to risk your life to save him from decapitating a corpse? That's pretty noble, but I think it would more than likely cause your death...
