I was a leary of this hire at first, favoring Saunders as OC and Gregg Williams as head coach. Zorn has done nothing but impress me so far. He seems to have a great relationship with Jason Campbell already. His demeanor, his organizational skills, especially related to the crisper practices, have won praise from the players and are great signs. Clearly, the guy has a plan, and he knows what he's doing out there.
