Way way way too much going on. The old look and feel was simpler. This one looks like a car crash. I do like the middle video interface a little more but I agree with That Guy about the dopey scroll thing.

If their goal was to get a link to every single page on the website on the front page then I think they got close. But I don't think that is a good idea in general.
