I'm not sure about the removable wheelchair seat deal but what i will tell you is that the dream seats are not worth the money. The so-called dream seats put you on the same plain as the football field. In other words you can't see shit. The seats are to low down and they are costly. The best seats IMO are between rows 10 through 20 (on the redskins side of course.) I've been to about 18 or so games and found too close isn't always the best. Just something to think about.
