That is thier ability to overcome miscues and still win the game.
In week 2, Romo throws a pick deep in our own territory and it resulted in an Eagles TD. The very next set of downs, Romo tries to get "cutsy" with a fumble and fumbles it to an Eagles defensive TD. 14 points off turnovers on consecutive series. Cowboys overcame these miscues and win the game.
Week 3 at Green Bay, Romo throws a pick, then gets not 1 BUT 2 intentional grounding calls. Did Dallas loose because of this? Nope, they overcame thier own mistakes and found a way to win.
Go all the way ack to the MNF Bufflalo game when Romo threw 5 INT's in one game. Did they fold the tents and accept as "a bad day"? Nope again ovecame thier own adversities and scratched out a win.
We just have to take the good with the bad. Thats all. The good is Romo is 28-4 since becoming the starting QB. The bad: sometimes he gives me a friggin coronary when he plays.

There is more to the Cowboys than Romo. The Skins have not seen a rushing game like the Cowboys have. So go ahead and try to shut down Romo and TO. Look what happened to Green Bay.
