We'll never know what Danny Boy was thinking. He's done some wacky things and he may have been thinking of Cowher-in-a-year, as irrational as that would be.

Maybe he really wanted Zorn. Gibbs was an unknown offensive guru and maybe Danny wanted to repeat that pattern.

But it doesn't matter what he was thinking now. Long term, I'll bet that Zorn wins more rings than Cowher. Whether by design or accident, I think we have the right man now.
