The Lions are indeed that bad. They are as bad as last year's Dolphins.

The Redskins should score at least 30 points against them - - and maybe 40. The Lions' pass defense is awful and they cannot stop the run. Other than that...

I don't think it is reasonable to expect the Skins' defense to pitch a shut-out, but holding the Lions to 10 or under is definitely a reasonable expectation.
