I have nothing against Rock, but he's a one demensional player. When he is relied upon to play the RB role he usually will fumble atleast once a game. Yes he did well filling in for Betts last week. Rock is not a threat to take one to the house. He will get you to the 30 yrd line most of the time on kick offs but usually nothing more. When they first hired him he was fast, shifty and elusive. Now he is just a straight ahead...hope someone makes a hole to plow through KR.

I'm not saying his job is easy either. Why don't they have him returning punts also? He's better at returning kicks then Randle El.

and from what I'm hearing Mason was one demensional also. Apparently he was not a good pass blocker but I like to think the team could have taken some more time and tried to train him to do extra stuff...ie, pass block, KR or PR and train him to be a better RB. I agree he was young and fast. The key being he was young.
