I just don't want to scream at the television by myself anymore.

Most decent sports bars have the NFL Sunday Ticket (the Directv package that shows all the games), so usually there are a lot of fans of out of market teams who frequent these bars. Fans may try to "reserve" tv's for their teams, and if the bar has a first-come-first-serve policy on the tv's, you could get screwed. I would suggest getting there at least a half and hour or so before the game starts to assure you have a good seat and a clear view of a tv.
When I lived in Florida I always went to my favorite bar to watch the Skins, but seating was at a premium as well. If I got there right before kickoff, often times I would have to stand to get a decent view of a tv showing our team. You may want to call the bar you plan on visiting and ask what their set up is for the games. Of course this Monday you won't have a problem since it's the only game on.
The only other advice I have is to eat wings, drink cold beer, and just be sure you make fun of anyone wearing a Cowboys jersey.
