Well, it could go both ways dependent upon stress level. Richer people, CEOs, movie stars, etc live fast paced, high stress lives (many of who are conservative) I would say they are prone to be smokers.
People from poor urban, poor rural and lower income areas also live stressful lives and are also prone to smoking as a form of stress relief.
My verdict: 50% chance of being liberal or conservative
