The catch-22 to this whole thing is if Springs was healthy, there would be no talk of bringing Hall in at all.

One the one side, Hall has talent to be a good corner and a good returner. On the other side, he got a TO sized ego, and has been suffering in Oakland. The Skins have the veteran leadership (Fletcher, Springs, Taylor) to guide Hall to make better decisions on the field. If we're talking small change, contract worded as such that he can be rewarded for good behavior, I see this as a small risk for a great reward. Worst comes to worst, Tryon is cut or Kelly is IR'd and we cut Hall in 2-3 weeks.

Not saying I would like the signing, but I can understand it...
