Biggest problem the offense has is the ability to complete our passes on the other side of the first down markers. Those passes tend to be incomplete where our passes short of the marker tend to be complete, though we get tackled like a yard short.

I'd like to see us scrap the sticks throw on third down. Either go further down the field, or run and try to get the first.

Second down is when this offense should be throwing at the sticks, because catching the ball a yard or two short of it on third down is still a successful play by definition. On third, the same play is unsuccessful.

Just as frustrated as you are, but see it as a minor tweak rather than an offensive overhaul.
