I give Zorn another year to get his stuff together. I give, of all people, Gregg Williams an offer to come back as defensive coordinator if Greg Blache retires. I give Danny Smith, Stan Hixon and Steve Jackson the boot. I politely and respectfully ask Buges if he wants to retire.

I'd like to cut, sign and draft more players, but I don't it's just not feasible to whack every underperforming player and sign more than 1-3 quality starters.
