IF, I was the owner of the team....I would pick up a true GM who has experience so people on the radio and message boards would stop complaining.

Then I would make friendly with the message board owners and poll for who the fans like as HC and QB. Gotta think about the fans. Thats where the money is.

I would lower ticket prices and make the vendors pay more for their % of intake each game. Utilize advertizing in order to keep the tickets lower.

Start changing the contracts of players so that it's performance based. Yes they get the minimum but depending on how well they play depends on how big their pay check is.

^Same with the Cheerleaders.

Move back to DC. Most of the fans are in VA anyway. So I would move it closer or maybe even into VA.

^ Have the new Stadium be a Dome that can be opened up for the weather. I know I would get some complaints but would you rather be in the rain getting wet or have a SB someday to sit in and enjoy like other towns?

Lastly I wouldn't meddle. Simply sit back and enjoy the game....eating a banana split in my press box. After I had wings and beer. lol.
