If the coaches tried to limit Portis to 15-20 carries a game and gave 10-15 carries to someone else, how long would it be before Portis was griping to the press about not being used correctly?

I'll go with Game 3...

Portis has been allowed to do as he pleases here in DC for too long to put him on a leash now. Remember in training camp he said that he wasn't going to play in the exhibition games and Zorn said that yes he was. That caused a stir in the summer and Portis played a few snaps just so the coach could look like he was in control there.
