1. Giants
2. Cowboys
3. Eagles/Skins (toss up)

Obviously O-line play is crucial and the Skins o-line is somewhat suspect in the run game.

Actually saying the Skins have a "duo" is a stretch since Betts never gets carries.

Portis is the 3rd or 4th best back in the East. I would take Jacobs or Westbrook anyday.
