Mentor for JC? Sorry Matty, but I think JC has been around long enough not to need a mentor. And if he does still need a mentor after being a starter for 2 full seasons, then you have to ask the question is JC a bona fide starting QB? To me, if JC flounders or does not show progression in '09 his butt is gone. Statwise, with the exception of the TD/INT ratio, he is just above Gus Frerotte level, and unfortuantely as much as I liked Gus back in the day, he never really made a progression either.
