I shouldn't have let this thread get this far.

Unless there's major progress towards a CBA extension, we can't afford Hasselbeck without decimating our team at numerous other positions, cutting some of the vets we have and replacing them with bums or rookies.

The salary cap situation doesn't practically allow for it.
