It's amazing how little the Lions have talent-wise considering their consistently drafting in the top-10 every year. Millen's draft busts with Joey Harrington, Charles Rogers, and Mike Williams are eerily reminiscent of the Skins' 90's flameouts of Heath Shuler, Desmond Howard, and Michael Westbrook. Millen busting out on multiple top-10 draft picks is the biggest reason that Schwartz is walking into a situation with the cupboard nearly bare.
