I wonder who took the picture. Probably some guy that was after the girl Phelps was "secretly seeing." I don't know though why he would smoke pot. I mean it's not the worse drug in the world and it probably shouldn't be illegal, but it's definately overhyped. Plus it reeks, but maybe when you're Michael Phelps you need a challenge, and that challenge is trying to pickup hawt chix with glazed eyes all while smelling like pot.

Man 1,500+ times!? I hate it when someone stands next to me let alone watches me. My brother is actually a swimmer at NC State and they're pretty damn facist when it comes to testing. One day he was taking a nap before practice and the NCAA guys, after asking his teammates and coaches where they could find him, went up to his dorm, knocked on his door and basically said "come on, it's time."
Don't really know though why Phelps is hanging out with college kids except maybe college girls are more willing to let a guy like Phelps hump and dump. However if I was Phelps I'd be catching a Lakers game with Jack Nicholson courtside, maybe hit the strip afterwards while meeting women that grace the pages of Maxim. I mean theres a million other things and people you can do besides going to some college frat party when you have the type of presteige a guy like Phelps has.
