But, we had virtually the same line we had last year + JT and we somehow managed to get fewer sacks.
There were 2 changes: 1st was going from Blache's scheme to Palermo's scheme
the 2nd was going from Phillip Daniels to JT55 which i consider to be a pass-rushing upgrade.

Taylor wasn't 100% all year and never got in to a groove. I think a healthy JT could have got us 10 sacks or very close to that.
As far as the scheme the big difference from Grilliams to Blache is GW attacked with exotic schemes and loved to bring corners and backers. Blache plays it more straight up and doesn't get very fancy with his blitz packages. GW did a better job at disguising the shortcomings on the DL.
