If this was such a great bill why don't the Dem's just pass the bill without Rep. vote because I'm sure there are two Rep. that will vote for this bill. The reason is because this bill does not do squat and will fail and the Dems do not want to be the only party that pushed this pork through. This bill is sponsored by SmithField Foods the largest producer of pork sponsoring the largest bill of pork ever passed.
