I am with Schneed on this one. You may suffer a large cancellation penalty if you cancel the cruise. From a purely practical aspect, however, that cost will pale in comparison to the legal costs you could face if, in addition to divorce proceedings, you must fight kidnapping charges. She needs to see an attorney and file for a protective order promptly. In this manner, she can leave and take the kids without worry.
