generally our restructures (like almost all restructures) give more guaranteed money upfront to decrease the immediate cap hit and make them cost more to keep/cut the following years. El and carter make them cheaper NOW and result in more deadcap if they get cut then before.

4 restructures and cuts (springs/taylor + daniels/marcus) = possibly hall and haynesworth, but not much else.
