Bottom line is this.. Gibbs has always founds a way to make his QB's look better than they are. Look at Mark Rypien. The guy looked like a monster in the early 90's only to end up a back up after Gibbs left. Ramsey will be put in a position to eat teams alive. Gibbs will slowly test him and find his strengths and weaknesses and put him in a position to shine. Given time, almost any QB in this league can be deadly acurrate (except Brunnel).
