Re: Government buys $1T of securities
I could tell you lost money. I'd be in a foul mood too.
Let's not pretend, I admit I'm not a financial guru. My degree is in another field. These things that you speak of make no sense to me. They're easy to understand but for the life of me I don't see why any capitalist would place faith in them. It doesn't take a genius to understand what they're doing and why they're doing it. Since I've no control over the decisions of the Federal government there's no point in me worrying about them.
NIV is a no income verification loan. It's one of the bastard step children of the SISA, stated income stated assets family. We used to carry those because of Fannie and Freddy's guidelines. Those bit us in the A**. Even though I'm not on the board of directors that doesn't mean that I don't review the contracts that come across my desk. I see where some of our customers work, how much debt to income they have, and what their FICO scores are. We're solid in the three divisions of business that I work in.
He he he, don't be mad Saden. I really do hope you make a lot of money. You're right. I don't give a damn about anyone except my friends and family, but that doesn't mean I go through life pissing on everyone. I mean damn! Look at it this way. Some of the gals at work pass out these catalogues to buy cookies for their kid's school projects. They get nothing from me. Now if one of their kids was in the hospital I'd shell out what I could. There is a time and place for everything.
Lighten up a little and step out of the parking lot every once in awhile. I don't see you posting in any of the other threads.
