I think someone needs to sit McDaniels down and tell him the following:

- Bill Bellichick has three Superbowl rings and that allows him to do whatever the hell he wants in his team. You can't do whatever the hell you want when you're a rookie coach.

- You're supposed be a genius with QBs, why couldn't you work with Cutler?

- Unlike in Boston, in Denver football is the #1 sport. There are no Red Sox or Celtics to deflect attention. Don't piss off the fans anymore.
