Is dissent still patriotic?

Bertrand Russell is owed a debt of thanks by every soul on the planet. He was one of the five greatest people to ever live, and I would pick three of the others from the Bible.
Premillennialism would almost be self-defeated, wouldn't it? I would say that if you forced me to self-identify, I would be a Revivalist Postmillennialism advocate.
Hearst didn't sink the Maine, which lit the spark. His papers certainly fanned the flames, but sinking the warship was the cause of the War.
If California sinks into the ocean, I'm sitting on a throne of money with Lex Luthor.
Vocal dissent by citizens is neither patriotic or unpatriotic, and it never was either of the two.
