I guess they were waiting to see what happened this week. The case being adjourned until June 15th does a few things:
1) no legal decision on his future until almost 2 months after the draft
2) with jail time likely, any sentence will run into the 2009 season
Plus, he's almost definitely getting suspended by Principal Roger.
