Yes, of course. But let's see, last 4 super bowl winning QB's are... Roethlisberger, E. Manning, P. Manning and Brady. Brady has 3 rings, Ben has 2, both mannings have 1. If you go by SB wins, only Tom Brady comes cheaper (by a large margin...$20 mil per ring). kind of a goofy way to look at it but still...
Anyway, I think you also have to account for some other factors here. I believe the Steelers employ much more of a vertical attack than most of the dink/dunk high completion percentage stuff that's out there, which is going to lead to a lower qb rating. Add that to the fact that he has had a subpar pass blocking o line the last 2 years and that he is constantly extending plays because of his size. I think stats definitely don't tell the whole story on his value...
