Well that's true but Edge is a couple of years older than Portis and they're friends. Him, Tana, and Edge are pretty tight and Edge is certainly no threat to Portis. No more than S. Alexander was. A young Beanie Wells with the skill set he possesses might not be so welcome. It's hard enough for Betts to get on the field without Portis having a fit.
