By down, I meant by his own standards, not below average or anything. Basically, "Which Tom Brady season (04-07) doesn't belong."
I think getting purely technical, I'd take the Pats' WRs of 04/05 over our current group. But ultimately, I hope no one is blaming Jason Campbell for not being Tom Brady. There's a lot of starting QBs in this league, at least 28, who will never enjoy the type of highs that Brady has reached. I do believe Jay Cutler is among those 28 (as of course is Campbell).
