Your sound card is most likely using "Realtek High Definition Audio". Right-click on that and select properties and note the Driver Version and the Date.

What kind of computer do you have? The manufacturer website should have the drivers for download, or at least point you to where you need to go.

If not, try this:
Realtek

Click on High Definition Audio Codecs
