No, i think you could very well be right. If you draft a linebacker or safety in the later rounds, they may not be able to play defense as a rookie, but usually they can play teams at least. With OL, if youre not going to take one in the first two or three rounds, you might as well wait and pick up some in free agency as the talent will not be that much different.
