We tried to trade UP with two or three teams to land Orakpo, and according to Cerrato, we had atleast two offers from other teams wanting to trade up to our pick, but we didnt consider them very long and instead drafted Orakpo at 13.

Without knowing what the offers were or how those offers would have increased if we had used our full ten minutes, we have no idea what we may have "missed out" on.

In the end, Orakpo was our pick and atleast one reporter/analyst (Skip Bayless) thinks Orakpo was the best player in the entire draft. I wouldnt go that far, but he was by far the best available player at 13. He's a huge upgrade over Daniels and Wynn and i'm excited to see him play.
