99% is a bit high nowadays where there are a lot of leagues outside U.S. Yes, the best of them could maybe compete at low college/highschool level, but you shouldnŽt underestimate the amount of players and fans outside of the U.S.A. I would even get as far as IŽd estimate that it pretty much equals out on pure amateurs (meaning players outside schools and pro-leagues).
