You need vetetans to teach you what it takes to win and create a tradition and expectation of winning. And you may not really know what I'm talking about unless you've been on a team where the team where the players have more responsibility than the coach for what happens with the team, so like a high school team doesn't really count since it's not really made of grown men.

I agree. I would add that there is an easier way of getting the young WR's to play besides trading Moss: Zorn simply says, "Devin, get out there!" No trade necessary.
