re: Skins look to improve WR-Sign Roydell Williams (could add Hackett)
Does anyone know if Roydell Williams plays ST, and has he return punts before? I hope Roydell or Kelley Washington can make the roster so we can phase out ARE and his over-inflated salary in the 2010 or whatever year his cap numbers/hits are the lowest.
