Well, this part is called player development. We won't know until the season whether we have the horses to develop, but I think you are suggesting a complete (or moderate) offensive overhaul, which is precisly what NOT to do in this situation.
Admittedly, I think we missed some oppertunities in free agency to improve the offense, but that doesn't mean we can't/won't improve.
