2. Betts
3. Aldridge (PR & KR)

It's pretty obvious from what they bought in the FO and offensive staff want a Sproles like player on the roster, which Rock is not. The fact that Aldridge was endorsed by Shanahan probably endears him more to the FO than the fact Rock is a holdover from previous regimes.
