That said i think a great qb can overcome a lot of deficiencies on o and still get him team to win. Look at big ben, he had a terrible o line and no running game yet he got the steelers to win the super bowl. Jc will never be that kind of qb but if the skins can assemble a very good cast around him i think they can succeed.
