Johnson has a really uncanny feel how to use the blitz, which I feel is a lost art in the NFL, as too many coaches blitz now-a-days to create "pressure" on the quarterback rather than to systematically break down protection schemes.

He's one of the few coaches in the league who I would consider an asset on their sideline. I don't think their prospectus changes much with him out, but it's going to be tougher on their defense to stay near the top of the league.
