That's a huge HELL NO!
He will be 31 in august!!! Yes, he did lead the AFC in rushing (5th in the NFL), it's worth noting that only Tiki Barber, Curtis Martin, Walter Payton, and our beloved John Riggins did more than 1250 yards in a season at the age of 31 or older. Only John Riggins did it older than 31. So he will have nothing left in the tank, and we will pay a bunch of money for a back up. This is a complete waste...need to get younger. I would want Alexander as a mentor, not a player...Jones is only 1 year younger and a ton more expensive.
