I pulled my groin over the weekend. It really sucks. I can walk on flat surfaces but inclines, steps and ladders are a bitch.
I think its amazing how much you use your groin muscles too. Doing simple stuff like reaching around to scratch my ass is causing discomfort. Apparently, your groin is attached to your ass scratching muscle.
