I don't see it SS. Listening to her speech she said, "we know we can effect positive change outside government." She's running as the ultimate Washington outsider, so running for senator conflicts with that message. And running for governor of another state won't cut it either. She quits being governor of one state only to run in another? No one in their right mind would vote for her and the ads would be out of control.
She has two more big annoucements to make in the future, and one is that she's running for POTUS in 2012.
