Looks like Vinny's second round grade wasn't so far fetched.
From Scouts Inc:
"From a purely physical standpoint Jarmon is capable of making an impact in the NFL. He could have played his way into being a first-day pick in the 2010 draft, but questionable instincts and recent off-the-field issues raise significant concerns for us."
