Vick is damaged goods and it's very doubful he'll have any real success upon his return.

The fact is your guessing. So he lost 2 tenths of a second on his 40. The 40 is a good measure for speed but does not touch the intangables like making players miss tackles. He's had 2 yrs to simply run around a fenced in field. 2 yrs to weight lift and get stronger. If I'm not mistaken they even allow balls in jail so he probably found a way to throw a ball once and a while. Most likely all he has to work on is his accuracy.
