Uh, I am guessing too, but I don't think a jailhouse yard is going to provide the same benefits as a NFL level training regimen. Could he do the basics, yes, but coming back to his former level, and getting better in the areas he lacked, is going to be extremely difficult.

A difference between Vick and Mike Williams, is we know Williams didn't have the desire, or play up to his potential. Now whether he can or not, TC/PreSeason will tell. But Vick has to change the way he played, and show abilities he didn't seem to possess, even when he was fullout balling.

But time will tell with both.
