This a situation where its good to have Dan Synder as your owner. If he puts down the money, I'm sure we can get someone from the Chiefs, Colts or Rams staff to joon ours. I've been hoping all year for Mike Martz or Mike Tice to get fired and then join our staff as a consultant. But that doesn't look like its gonna happen.
