Three main things. Get the deals done on Pierce, Smoot and Samuels.

Cuts will be minimal but their will be some natural wastage including McCants and Gardner the Rock and maybe Brunell in a post june 1st move.

I Just don't see us drafting Williams we have gone WR with our top pick in 3 of the last five years and got nothing to show for it and Gibbs will be remembering Desmond Howard.

Have a long talk with Vinny about his future with the team. Also get Bobby Bethard on the phone, he is not tied in with Atlanta, he has a lot of respect for Gibbs and it would get the necessary headlines to keep the season tickets sold in the offseason to bring him back .

Don't touch the coaching staff unless they ask for help. I think the only addition will be Ray Brown as an assistant OL/possition conditioning coach.
